He has nine years’ experience teaching in various disciplines, including Political Science, Economics, English Composition, Business, and Development.
In addition to teaching at ULAB, He also teaches underprivileged girls at Ariel, an experimental preschool in Rayer Bazar, Dhaka, which he founded in early 2016.
Prior to joining ULAB, he taught at various universities in Florida, USA. In 2010 he received the Award for Outstanding Service from the FIU College of Arts and Sciences for my teaching. My Ph.D. dissertation, on American Congressional Elections, was nominated for the 2012 Christopher Z. Mooney Award, conferred by the American Political Science Association annually for the best dissertation in the field.
Before entering academia he worked for almost a decade in investment banking and securities trading, in the City of London and on Wall Street.
