Overview

He has approximately 5 years of teaching experience at home and abroad. Prior to becoming a full time teaching professional he has worked in various organizations in the areas of business analysis, project implementation and evaluation. He has also worked with international agencies such as the Danish Federation of SME, (small and medium sized enterprises) and SouthAsia Enterprise Development Fund (SEDF) to help assess the information and communications technology industry (ICT) in Bangladesh in order to identify key opportunities.

Investigation of the impact of the organizational design factors specific to the Bangladesh perspective, Collaborative work with fellow faculty members of ULAB (ongoing research)

Factors influencing the Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) Practices in Bangladesh: What Really Makes the Difference? Collaborative work with fellow faculty members of ULAB (in the publishing stage)
