SK Tasthekur Hossain Kowshik holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the ULAB School of Business. Supported by Monash University's fully funded Graduate Research Merit Scholarship, he is in the final stage of completing his PhD in Management (AACSB-accredited School of Business). Prior to enrolling in the PhD program, he completed a one-year postgraduate research degree in Management at Monash University and obtained a BBA with a specialization in HRM & Marketing from the American International University-Bangladesh. Throughout his academic journey, he has been awarded several prestigious scholarships, including Merit Scholarships from Monash University, Umeå University, and the University of Salford. His research focus is on knowledge management and expatriate management research, with further expansion of his interests into tourism management. His qualitative research work has been featured at top-tier management and education conferences, such as the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (USA), the British Academy of Management Conference (UK), and the Asian Conference on Education & International Development (Japan). He has actively contributed to these conferences as a reviewer. Leveraging his extensive qualitative research experience, Kowshik incorporates valuable insights into his teachings, particularly in Introduction to Business and Change Management courses at ULAB.
