ULAB Co-Curricular Office hosted Club Carnival Spring 2019

ULAB Co-Curricular Office hostedClub Carnival Spring 2019 on 14.04.2019 to celebrate Pohela Boishakh through various club activities were programs of different segments were performed to amuse the guests alongside new and existing enthusiastic students. The program took place at ULAB Permanent Campus where activities started with AnondoShovajatra rally organized by ULAB Art and Photography Club. National Anthem of Bangladesh was singing on stage afterward with the participation of the audience to initiate on-stage activities. The festival had the participation of many different University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) clubs where they did stall activities by selling the variety of juice, food, ornaments, showcase their achievements, and conducting different fun games. Boishakhi song and dance were also performed with different performances from clubs including folk and rap song performances, beatboxing, self-defense activity, quiz competition, and poetry recitation on stage. Cycle stunt was shown and performance of Flash Mob took place afterward courtesy of ULAB Triathlon Club and ULAB Media Club members respectively. Dance, drama, and song performances were performed by ULAB ShangskritiShangshad and Theatre ULAB members.

The concert was organized by ULAB Shangskriti Shangshadat the end of the festival to entertain the students. Vote of thanks was presented towards the students by ULAB Art and Photography Club Adviser Mr. MoniruzzamanShipu towards the guests and students. Followed by Vote of Thanks, GhuriUtshob took place where students participated to make the day of PohelaBoishakh a colorful one by flying kites of different colors in the sky of ULAB.

The whole purpose of strengthening the bond between clubs and the community itself were served well through the festive occasion created by students of ULAB. Among the list of guests present for the event were Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. H M JahirulHaque, Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor ShamsadMortuza, Advisor Co-Curricular Office Dr. Pinki Shah, and Advisors of different ULAB clubs.
