ULAB Co-Curricular Office hosted Club Day Summer 2019

ULAB Co-Curricular Office hosted Club Day Summer 2019 on 18th July 2019 as they do so in every semester to welcome the new and existing enthusiastic students of ULAB. Clubs of ULAB actively participated through different segmented programs amidst many festivities to show their caliber and talent both on and off the stage. Club day for Summer 2019 took place at ULAB Campus-A Lobby, where the morning phase started with the Stall done by clubs. The second phase started at ULAB Campus-A Auditorium with the singing of Bangladesh National Anthem.


Cultural activities like songs and dance were also performed with different performances from clubs including beat boxing, drama, live art performance, poetry recitation, games and quiz on stage performed by Theatre ULAB, ULAB Film Club, ULAB Shangskriti Shangshad, ULAB Art and Photography Club, ULAB Yes, ULAB Nutrition and Wellness Club, ULAB Computer Society and ULAB 1971 members to entertain the audience. ULAB Triathlon Club Showed a video of Cycle stunt was done by their member including ULAB Adventure Club and ULAB Indoor games Club showed some videos of their club activities. Concert was organized by ULAB Shanskriti Shanshad at the end of the program. The new students of this semester also got to communicate with existing club members understanding their field of interest and what the clubs have to offer. This time Md. Golam Shaklain and Shahrukh Iqbal have received the Best Active Member Award Summer 2019.


Followed by Vote of thanks towards the guests and students were enjoyed together which served the purpose of strengthening the bond between clubs and the community itself. Among the list of guests were Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. H M Jahirul Haque, Special Advisor & Dean of School Of Business, Professor Imran Rahman, Director of Co-Curricular Office Mehdi Rajeb and his team.
