ULAB EEE and Electronics Club Organize Workshop on “Familiarization with Biomedical Signals and its Application”

ULAB Electronics and Robotics Club and Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, ULAB  jointly organized an online workshop on “Familiarization with Biomedical Signals and its Application”. The workshop was held on 23rd of July, 2020 from 4:00 to 05:30 pm. The platform of the workshop was Google Meet. Dr. Abul Barkat Mollah Sayeed Ud Doulah, Assistant Professor, EEE, ULAB was the instructor of the workshop. The workshop was intended to make the students familiarized with the basics of frequency analysis methods and give them an idea about the origin and properties of biomedical signals. The fundamentals of Bio-signals, medical Imaging and their acquisition and also the various applications of biomedical signals were covered in the workshop. Students from EEE, ETE and CSE department participated in the workshop. Faculties from EEE and CSE department also joined the workshop. Finally the workshop ended with answering the questions from both the faculties and students.
