Requirement of National Identity Card (NID) for COVID Vaccination of Students

Dear Students

You will be happy to know that the Government has included university students in the COVID vaccination process but has not made it open for all. We have already sent the list of our registered students who submitted their National Identification (NID) number to us in March 2021.

If you are a newly registered student or if you did not submit your NID earlier, please fill out a Google Form by clicking the following link:

You must submit your form by 5:00 pm on 17 July 2021.

NID number is mandatory for the vaccination registration. If you do not have your NID number, please discuss it with your parents immediately and start the process. The link below will take you to the online application site.

Please note that the university will send your personal details to the respective government offices to make you eligible to register for the vaccination. Students have to register themselves for the vaccination.

We will let you know when the government opens the registration process for you.
