Workshop on How to Create a Professional Website Report

IEEE ULAB SB WIE Affinity Group organized a 2 days workshop titled “How to Create a Professional Website” on August 28, 2021 and August 29, 2021 via online platform.

In this era of industry 4.0 every job in local and international marketplace are hiring those employees who have a great working portfolio and wonderful career achievements. In this trend of IT corporate world, every job applicants must need their professional websites to show their portfolio, achievements and professionalism towards their interviewers.

Total 22 students joined on the first day of this workshop and on the second day 18 students joined. Students from EEE, ETE, CSE, BBA, DEH and MSJ Department and students from other Universities such as North South University, University of Asia Pacific, University of Chittagong and Comilla University joined in this workshop as well. The resource person was Mr. Shakil Shareef, Student,

 

Department of CSE, ULAB. He is working as a Full Stack Developer at APVenture Pte Ltd, Singapore. He discussed about how web works, HTML, CSS and CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) in the first day of workshop. In the second day he gave an overview on JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, React Framework and also demonstrated process for building a professional website. The participants interacted with the resource person and got their doubts clarified in the question answer session.
