Rising Ambassadors: ULAB School of Business Students Representing Excellence
ULAB students continue to excel beyond the classroom, taking on leadership roles and representing the university on prominent national and corporate platforms. Through campus engagement, professional initiatives, and industry collaborations, they embody ULAB’s commitment to real-world readiness and student empowerment. The following spotlights highlight two such students who are making a meaningful impact.
Afiat Rahman (ID: 233011224)
Studying at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) has been a transformative journey for Afiat Rahman, strengthening her confidence, communication skills, and leadership abilities. ULAB’s open and inclusive learning environment encouraged critical thinking, teamwork, and self-expression, while its supportive faculty consistently guided her academic and professional growth.
These experiences played a key role in her selection as a Unilever Spark Campus Ambassador. In this role, Afiat works with the HR Employer Branding team to support campus recruitment, student engagement, and employer branding initiatives, proudly serving as a bridge between ULAB and Unilever through impactful campus-level activities.
Md. Hasib (ID: 222011013)
Md. Hasib, a student of the ULAB School of Business, is majoring in Accounting with a minor in Media Studies and Journalism. Actively involved as an executive member of the ULAB Digital Marketing Club, he has also gained professional experience through the ULAB Communications Office and Student Affairs Office.
He was selected through a competitive national process as a b-ACE bKash Campus Ambassador, where he developed professional skills in communication, digital finance literacy, and campus-level project management. Recently, he has secured a position as an BNEXT Intern in External Corporate Affairs Division at bKash Limited. Committed to contributing to the ULAB community, Hasib initiated collaborations with bKash to organize workshops, talk sessions, and a marketing summit featuring industry professionals, creating valuable learning opportunities focused on fintech, digital finance, and career development.
