She started her career as Associate Consultant and Research Analyst in Malaysia’s premier knowledge company, the Institute for Customer Relationship Management (ICRM). She was involved in developing communication strategies and brand plans for clients through mainline and digital marketing across a range of categories including feminine beauty and personal care, telecoms, and automobiles. She was also responsible for social media analytics and campaign management. Primarily she was involved in carrying out empirical and ethnographic consumer studies through custom research methods such as focus groups, dipsticks and gamification.
