She has 4 years of teaching experience at ULAB. Besides, she is also an award leader in Duke of Edinburgh Award Program. She started her career in 2014 as an Associate Consultant and Research Analyst in Malaysia’s premier knowledge company, the Institute for Customer Relationship Management (ICRM). She was involved in developing communication strategies and brand plans for clients through mainline and digital marketing across a range of categories including feminine beauty and personal care, telecoms, and automobiles. She was also responsible for social media analytics and campaign management. Primarily she was involved in carrying out empirical and ethnographic consumer studies through custom research methods such as focus groups, dipsticks and gamification.
