Rumana Sultana has three years experience of working as a research fellow under Environmental Leadership Program Shizuoka University,Japan. She also assisted research on Coral reef science for symbiosis and coexistence of humans and ecosystems under combined stresses” (No. 20121003), Global Coral Reef Conservation Project (GCRCP) of the Mitsubishi Corporation, Shizuoka University, Japan. Now She is working as a Assistant Professor cum Research Associate in Center for sustainable Development, University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh.
