Mr. Sattar is a marketing management and communications specialist with 10+ years of working experience in marketing, communications, media and public relations. His areas of expertise include corporate and development communication, brand management, result focused high-quality content development, digital/social media marketing, research, and identifying emerging market trends.
He obtained his BSc. degree from Kean University, USA, majoring in Graphic Communications Technology and minoring in Media and Film. He obtained his MSS degree from Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), studying both Journalism and Film and Television.
Mr. Sattar was also a part of a special research program conducted by the University of California, San Diego (UCSD), in association with IUB. He was later invited to attend UCSD’s prestigious School of Global Policy and Strategy’s Global Leadership Institute.
A seasoned communications specialist, Mr. Sattar wishes to teach students the fine art of human communication and the methods of persuasion through the use of mixed media.
Served as a researcher and filmmaker for the special research project titled “Filmmaking and Television Journalism for Peace and Tolerance” conducted by the University of California, San Diego, in association with the Independent University, Bangladesh.
