Overview

Shameem Hasan has been working as Lecturer, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), Dhaka, Bangladesh since June, 2019.

He received his M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), a subsidiary organ of OIC, Bangladesh in the year of2019 and 2015 respectively. Prior to this, he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Sonargaon University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has 5 years and 2 months of teaching experience. He has supervised around fifteen projects and theses of undergraduate students. He is a professional member of IEEE.

He has always been interested in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities and encourages students accordingly. He is also working as the  "Advisor" of ULAB Electronics and Robotics Club (UERC).

His research interests include Energy and Power Systems, Control System and Robotics, Power Electronics, Plasmonics and Photonics and Machine Learning.
