Faisol is an internationally certified and trained pracademic with 18 years of experience in academia and corporate. Before ULAB, he was a faculty member at the University of Glasgow, UK, and North South University, Bangladesh, and a visiting scholar at a few other universities in Dhaka. Alongside teaching, he served C-Suit positions in some of Bangladesh’s largest business conglomerates and worked closely with several large enterprises as an HRM consultant. He was also a certified Interpreter for the Scottish Courts and Tribunal Services, Police Scotland, Scottish Prison Service, law firms, public schools, and housing societies in Scotland, UK. Besides his educational degrees, he was also trained in qualitative research methodology at the University of Oxford and business & management leadership at the University of Glasgow. He frequently delivers speeches and presents his research in international knowledge outlets and think tanks. He has received numerous research grants from various international institutions and professional bodies. He has authored a book, published peer-reviewed journal articles, and attended over 200 business conferences, seminars, and workshops. He is also associated with many professional institutions and associations across the globe
