With a distinctive 5-year journey through various marketing agencies (2017-2021), Tabassum Islam has sharpened her expertise in conceptualizing and executing impactful marketing strategies that propel brand growth and consumer engagement. Since 2014, her pen has contributed to Prothom Alo, The Daily Star, and some other newspapers, shedding light on the history and gender norms pervading South Asian societies and creative industries.
In collaborations with organizations like BRAC and World Press Photo, She has strategized to amplify awareness around gender safety, diversity, and equity in workplaces. Currently, as a faculty member at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh, Tabassum Islam intertwine academic theory with her practical marketing experiences, fostering a conducive learning environment that guides students through the intricate tapestry of business and marketing.
