Habibun Nahar is an accomplished academic professional, graduating top of my class with a CGPA of 3.86 in her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM). Following this success, she pursued her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, achieving an exceptional GPA of 3.94 and securing the first position. Her journey in academia led her to work as a lecturer at Uttara University, Bangladesh, where she further refined her teaching abilities. With a wealth of expertise in the HRM field, Habibun Nahar is recognized for her adaptability and possess outstanding communication and presentation skills. Currently, she is channeling this knowledge and proficiency as a lecturer of ULAB School of Business at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh University, imparting valuable insights and practical experience to inspire and educate learners. Besides,she is actively contributing in the field of research and published two Q1 journals also worked in several funded project led by IQAC, University of Chittagong.
