Laila Habib has joined as a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business. She is currently doing her PhD in Management with a concentration on Employee Productivity from the AACSB-accredited Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia. Additionally, she holds an MSc in International Business from Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, Scotland, UK and a MBA and BBA in HRM from American International University-Bangladesh. She has 5+ years of full-time teaching experience in two other private universities. She also has corporate and NGO experience over 7+ Years in different Multinational Organisations. Her area of interest is in Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Psychology, Employee Productivity, Emotional Intelligence and related areas.
