Mohammad Tawhid Reaz, PhD serves as a Senior Lecturer and EMBA Program Coordinator at the School of Business, ULAB. He holds a PhD in Marketing from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation in Malaysia. Dr. Tawhid obtained his MBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA, University of Dhaka). He obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Physics and Electronics from the University of Dhaka. His PhD thesis title was: “The Impact of Product Attributes on Brand Perception and Purchase Decision among Consumers with Colour Vision Defect (Color Blindness) in Bangladesh.”
Dr. Mohammad Tawhid Reaz accumulated 17 years of corporate experience at Grameenphone Ltd., serving as Head of Tele Sales and Business Service Management, along with several other roles and responsibilities from 2006 to 2021. Dr. Tawhid also served as a Probationary Officer at Dhaka Bank Ltd.
Dr. Tawhid, with his extensive consultancy expertise, has collaborated with organizations such as the Hanns A. Pielenz Foundation, CARE Bangladesh, Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF), Christian Services for Society (CSS), and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC).
Dr. Tawhid formerly served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of South Asia and as Part-Time Faculty at ULAB before joining a full-time position. He possessed advanced qualifications in Project Management Professional training and a Six Sigma Green Belt.
