Dr. Muhammad Golam Kibria has been serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer science and Engineering (CSE). He achieved Ph.D. in Engineering in 2018 from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS), South Korea with a focus on Internet of Things (IoT) and Web of Objects.
Dr. Kibria has approximately 17 years of academic, research and industry experiences. He contributed to several standardization works at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T), which is a typical international standardization organization under the United Nations (UN). He attended in several international conferences in Austria, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam and Bangladesh. His major interest includes IoT, semantic web and Web-of-Objects. He chairs several international conferences including ICCIT 2021 and serves as a reviewer in several peer reviewed Journals.
Dr. Kibria is an enlisted BAETE, IEB Program Evaluation Team Member. He is an IEEE member. He is a member of Executive Committee 2022 and Activity Coordinator of the IEEE Computer Society Bangladesh Chapter.
