Shutterbugs is a dynamic photography apprenticeship program based in Dhaka, designed to nurture aspiring photographers through hands-on training, expert-led workshops, real-world assignments, and collaborative community projects. Shutterbugs runs on a semester-based cycle, covering:

- Membership Fee: Varies by semester; includes access to workshops, field trips, and program materials.
- Commitment: Active participation throughout the 4-month cycle.
Editorial/Operational Policy
Shutterbugs upholds ethical practices in photography, including:
- Respect for subjects and cultural sensitivity
- Prohibition of plagiarism and excessive AI-generated content
- Consent-based photography, especially for portraits
- Non-commercial use of program materials unless permitted
- Operational decisions are made collectively by the core team, with inputs from senior mentors and active members.
