MSJ fares well in EPR

Media Studies and Journalism (MSJ) department of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh has recently completed its External Peer Review (EPR) procedure.

Starting on May 15, the three-day-long EPR continued till May 17.

The panel of reviewers -- Roger Yap Chao Jr. (Foreign Expert), independent education consultant of European Commission; Mahbub Alam (Local QA Expert), dean of the School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at Independent University Bangladesh; and Kamolrat Intaratat (Subject Expert), associate professor of School of Communication Arts at Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Thailand -- were very impressed with the programme.

According to them, MSJ is ready to be a regional player (in South and Southeast Asia) as far as media and communication education is concerned.
