IEEE Paper publication in PEEIACON 2021

Tanjida Rahman, a final year student of the EEE department at ULAB, presented a research paper entitled “Effects of channel length and oxide layer modulation on the performance of Ga2O3 MOSFET” in the International Conference on Power, Electrical, Electronics and Industrial Applications (PEEIACON 2021) jointly organized by IEEE Bangladesh section (IEEE BDS) and IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS)  Bangladesh Chapter. The paper was authored by Tanjida Rahman, Prof. Dr. M. Mofazzal Hossain and Dr. Mirza Rasheduzzaman.
