Fresher’s Orientation Spring 2022

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, ULAB organized an orientation program for the fresher’s of Spring 2022 on 12 March 2022 at the ULAB Auditorium.

The event was initiated with the welcome speech of Prof. Dr. M. Mofazzal Hossain, Dean of SSE. Dr. Abul Kalam Al Azad, Associate Professor and Head (Acting), CSE delivered an inspiring speech to the freshers.

M A Nakib, ULAB CSE Alumnus, Microsoft MVP, Regional Manager & Cloud Consultant, Cloud That Technologies UK Pvt. Ltd. was present as a special guest and gave an inspirational speech to the students. In his speech, M ANakib talked about his memories with ULAB CSE department and his passion to do something with a focus that the students needed to practice for the beginning of their university life.

All the faculty members of CSE along with freshers and their guardians attended the program. Other speakers of the program were Dr. Farhana Sarker, Assistant Professor and Dr. Muhammad Golam Kibria, Associate Professor of CSE and Assistant Proctor, ULAB.

Dr. Nafees Mansoor, Assistant Professor, CSE, delivered the vote of thanks at the end of the event.
