ULAB signs MoU with World Vision Bangladesh

World Vision Bangladesh (WVB) and the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) signed a joint MoU. Mr. Suresh Bartlett, National Director of WVB, and Professor Imran Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of ULAB signed the MOU on behalf of their organization to mark the beginning of a partnership that will bring together two entities who possess a common interest and focus on seeing Bangladeshi adolescents and youths reach their full potential.

WVB and ULAB will conduct a cross-sectoral study, focusing on the marginalized, vulnerable adolescents and youth across Bangladesh. This study also intends to identify opportunities to guide youth programming toward a more strategic and meaningful engagement of Bangladeshi youth, who themselves are empowered to identify and prioritize challenges and propose innovative solutions to the country’s democratic development and economic growth

WVB and ULAB hope that the assessment will bring about key findings that can help adapt and inform ongoing adolescent and youth programming being run by WVB, and wherever applicable, other youth-led organizations, NGOs, INGO, Government, and other civil society organizations.
