Industrial Visit to Energypac Limited by EEE Department

On August 11, 2022, the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh's (ULAB) Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) organized a successful industrial visit to Energypac Limited, one of Bangladesh's most notable industries in the country's power sector, located in Baruipara, Savar. During the visit, a group of around 50 enthusiastic EEE students were accompanied by faculty members and the department head. Engineers from Energypac Ltd. gave a demonstration of every manufacturing and testing procedure currently taking place in the sector. They also provided the students a tour of the whole facility. Students were introduced to power transformers, instrument transformers, various protection devices (isolators, circuit breakers, switchgear, and so on), and a variety of other substation equipment. We really appreciate Energypac Ltd.'s concerned authorities for their kind hospitality. The knowledge gathered from this practical experience will help them relate their academic education with real life situations.We believe that our visit will serve as a great encouragement to the students and motivate them to utilize their full potential in their future endeavors.
