Workshop Participation - March 2025

The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), is pleased to share that Dr. S M Mahbubur Rahman, PhD, Dean of the School of Science and Engineering and Head of the Department of EEE, participated in a national-level workshop titled:

“Theoretical Model to Transform Mindset and Culture of Government Officials for Effective Digital Transformation” held on March 24, 2025, at the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB), Dhaka.

The EDGE Project organized this impactful workshop focused on developing strategic frameworks to shift the institutional culture and mindset necessary for sustainable digital transformation within government sectors.

Dr. Rahman attended the workshop as an Invited Guest and contributed to important conversations on leadership, innovation, and governance. His participation highlights ULAB’s strong presence in national policy-level discussions and reinforces the university’s commitment to fostering forward-thinking leadership in the public sector.

Through such engagements, ULAB continues to advance its mission of bridging academic excellence with meaningful impact in national development and digital transformation initiatives.
