Distinguished Webinar on Next-Gen Energy Efficient Electronics with 3D Integration and Smart Materials
The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), successfully hosted a Distinguished Webinar titled “Next-Gen Energy-Efficient Electronics with 3D Integration and Smart Materials” on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, via Zoom.
The keynote speaker for the session was Dr. Asir Intisar Khan, Postdoctoral Scholar at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences (EECS), University of California, Berkeley, USA, Incoming Assistant Professor (January 2026). Dr. Khan shared cutting-edge insights into the future of electronic device engineering, focusing on the critical role of 3D integration techniques and smart materials in developing energy-efficient systems for the next generation of electronics.
The webinar attracted enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and professionals in the field, offering a valuable platform to explore how innovation in materials and architecture can drive performance while minimizing energy consumption.
