ULAB Signs MoU with Kaan Pete Roi

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and Kaan Pete Roi signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 10 March 2026. The MoU establishes a collaborative framework between ULAB and the Kaan Pete Roi Emotional Support & Suicide Prevention Helpline (KPR) to provide emotional support and suicide prevention services for ULAB students, faculty members, and administrative staff.

On behalf of Kaan Pete Roi, the MoU was signed by Arun Das, Head of Operations, and on behalf of ULAB by Md. Mahmud Hossain, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Office (SAO). Also present were Ashik Abdullh, Head of Training & Outreach from Kaan Pete Roi, and Prof. Shamsad Mortuza, PhD, Vice Chancellor, and Lt. Col. Md. Foyzul Islam (Retd.), Registrar, from ULAB.
