ULAB Hosts Seminar on AI in Healthcare and Global Internship Opportunities

The Department of CSE at ULAB successfully organized a seminar titled AI in Healthcare: Internship Opportunities and Future Prospects at USA-based THSnet Inc. on July 23, 2026.
The seminar featured Mr. Azim Salim Fahmi, Chairman and CEO of THSnet Inc., who shared valuable insights into AI applications in healthcare, internship opportunities, career prospects, and potential avenues for student engagement with THSnet Inc.
Following the seminar, Professor Shamsad Mortuza, PhD, Vice Chancellor of ULAB, thanked Mr. Fahmi for introducing ULAB students to THSnet’s work and internship opportunities and encouraged exploring a broader and more sustained industry–academia partnership between ULAB and THSnet Inc.
