Teach MBA and undergraduate levels students and publish research materials of international standard. Maintain a broad knowledge of up to date research and ensure that teaching meets the standard within a research-led by the University. Develop and apply appropriate teaching techniques and materials, which may be innovative, create interest, understanding and enthusiasm among students. This will include contribution to regular reflection on the enhancement of departmental curriculum. Undertake curriculum and course design and deliver materials across a range of programs of study at various levels, using appropriate teaching, learning support and assessment methods, reviewing and improving as required. Conduct workshops for students for career planning and development.
