Iram Mehrin

Iram Mehrin is a Senior Lecturer of Applied Linguistics and ELT at the Center for Language Studies (CLS), University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB). She has also worked as the coordinator of the Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), ULAB and organized new faculty induction trainings and other Faculty Development Trainings such ‘Legal Certainties in Academia’ (Spring 2026) and ‘AI And Advanced Technologies for Academics’ (Summer, 2026). In addition to that, she has also functioned as an internal auditor at ULAB. She has studied Spanish Language and Culture at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Spain as a recipient of the Catedra Inditex Scholarship from the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Dhaka. Furthermore, she is an assistant facilitator and moderator of MOOCs offered by World Learning, Global Development Division, US State Department. Her research and publications appear in leading national and international journals and Handbooks.
