Mr. Shawkat Tanveer Rahman is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business. Mr. Rahman started his career in Real Estate Planning and Sales immediately after his bachelor’s degree. On completion of his Masters in Marketing from London Metropolitan University with First Class (Merit), Mr. Rahman joined the teaching staff of Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology (ADUST). During his time at ADUST, Mr. Rahman taught several marketing major courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Thereafter, Mr. Rahman obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management from ABP, UK, followed by a MSc in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management from University of Westminster, UK, with a distinction (First Class First) in 2017. Prior joining to ULAB, Mr. Rahman has served as adjunct lecturer in the School of business of Bangladesh University, Central University of Science & Technology and IBAIS University. He is currently in the early stage of his PhD in Supply Chain Management at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). Mr. Rahman has research interest in green supply chain management, supply chain performance optimization, sustainability, etc.
