Dr. Shohag Barman is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. He received PhD degree in Computer Engineering from University of Ulsan on August 16, 2019. He also worked as a Postdoc at SciLifeLab, Stockholm University, Sweden. His research interests lie in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. Before joining ULAB, he served as an Assistant Professor for three years and a half in the Department of Computer Science at American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), Dhaka.
Dr. Shohag Barman has approximately 10 years of academic, research experience, and industry experience. He attended several international conferences in Greece, Spain, and Bangladesh. He chairs several international conferences and serves as a reviewer in several peer-reviewed journals.
