Wazir ahmed has been teaching accounting and finance courses over the last seventeen years to graduate and undergraduate students. Prior to joining ULAB he worked in three other private universities in Bangladesh. In addition to teaching he takes an active role in academic administration in various capacities. Before joining ULAB, he was working as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Business Administration, City University of Bangladesh. Currently he is a PhD fellow of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) under the HEQAP, (Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project) of the World Bank.
