The Student Affairs Office (SAO) provides the following specific services:
- one-stop information center about ULAB procedures and policies;
- academic and personal advising;
- crisis support, including on-campus counseling, and off-campus resources and referrals;
- organization of educational and well-being workshops and seminars;
- coordination with faculty advisors, administration, and Proctors for conflict investigation;
- representation of students during disciplinary proceedings;
- coordination of Fresher’s Orientations;
- maintenance of Proctorial files and liaison with Proctors Office;
- supervision of and liaison with external counselors, support groups and NGOs.
