Revised Certificate Collection Schedule – 8th Convocation

Dear Graduates,
This is to inform you that, considering the prevailing cold weather, the certificate distribution schedule has been revised.
The Original Certificates of the graduates of the 8th Convocation (held on 28 October 2025) will now be distributed from 4 to 17 January 2026 (except Government Holidays) as per the revised schedule below:
Sunday to Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Permanent Campus (Room: PC 203/A)
Graduates are requested to return the following at the time of collecting the Original Certificate:
- Provisional Certificate (if already collected), or
- University ID Card (if the Provisional Certificate has not been collected).
